My Story
I’m Purna Chandra Sethi, a CBAP®-certified Senior Business Analyst with over 7 years of experience delivering impactful digital transformation across the banking and financial services industry. My career has been driven by a passion for solving complex business problems through data, process, and people — with deep focus on AML, loan origination systems, cloud banking, and regulatory compliance.
Currently, I’m working with Virtusa, supporting global initiatives for Citi Bank, where I contribute to modernizing credit platforms and aligning them with international standards like GDPR, SEPA, and Basel. My journey has taken me from grassroots-level systems in India to cloud-based financial ecosystems, blending technical documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile methodology to deliver value on a global scale.
What makes me stand out is my ability to see both the big picture and the smallest detail — a trait that has helped me successfully manage transformations, migrations, and compliance workflows. I believe in continuous learning and adaptability, which is reflected in my professional certifications: CBAP®, PMP, Agile Scrum Master, and Business Analyst AI.
