OS-Driven Cloud Migration with Zero Business Impact

As the Lead Business Analyst, I spearheaded a large-scale cloud migration initiative, transitioning over 75 critical on-premise applications to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The key objective was to modernize the digital banking ecosystem, reduce infrastructure costs, and improve system scalability, resilience, and security — all while ensuring uninterrupted business operations.

A central challenge in this program was the Loan Origination System (LOS), a highly integrated module critical to lending workflows. During the migration, the LOS faced major architectural, data integrity, and compliance hurdles, putting key business operations at risk.

I proactively took ownership of the LOS migration, leading direct collaboration with the Australian engineering and solution architecture teams. My responsibilities included:

Performing gap analysis between legacy LOS architecture and Oracle Cloud design.

Creating functional specs and compliance mapping.

Leading daily sync-ups across time zones to align development with business outcomes.

Coordinating with QA, infrastructure, and InfoSec teams to validate impact and ensure successful rollouts.
